  • Expertise in US, EP, and Indian patent practice. 
  • Substantial experience in data protection and corporate governance (certified ID).
  • Chair person of a global IP committee, managed more than 6000 patent assets, created 500 plus claim charts, prepared 250+ patent applications, 500+ responses to OAs.
  • Considerable contribution to shaping IP Policy and Standards Policy in India.
  • Co-Founded In-House IP Professionals (IHIPP) Forum, a leading IP think tank in India.
  • Author of books & several articles (includes a commissioned paper published by NAS, USA.
  • Member of ESDM vision group of Govt. of Karnataka.
  • Advisory board member and member of board of studies in several engineering schools
  • Education: BE, ME (Gold medallist), LLB PGDIPR, Doc of Sc (Comp. Sc), & PhD (NLSIU).
  • Admissions: Karnataka State Bar; Indian Patent Agent; and Certified ID.
